My Hair Co currently ships Australia wide only.
Order Despatch
All orders will be shipped the following business day from the date the order is placed. For example, if you place an order over the weekend, it will be packaged and despatched on Monday
Shipping Courier
Your parcel will be delivered via Australia Post
Shipping Costs

Tracking
Once your order has been packed and sent, you will receive an email with a tracking code. To track your order, you can enter your code into the Australia Post website – https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Click & Collect Terms
- Click & Collect Hours: Available Thursday - 10am - 7pm - Friday - Sataurday 10am - 2pm
- Please allow one business day following an order placement (sadly cannot accommodate same-day Click & Collect orders)
- Orders placed on Fridays will not be available for pickup until the following business day (Wednesday from 10 am)
- If you miss the cut off time, the collection will then be moved on to the next business day

Once your order is ready for collection you will receive an email from the team to let you now. Remember to bring a copy of your order confirmation email and photo ID with you to present to our friendly team.

Click & Collect orders will be kept at My Hair Co for a maximum of 10 days. If after 10 days your order has not yet been collected, your order will be returned and a refund initiated. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be available in your account.
